China Mobile Nominated as Global OMA IOP Test Base

China Mobile recently announced that its research laboratory has been selected by OMA IOP (Open Mobile Alliance Interoperability Working Group) as its global permanent test base, with which the company is expected to have better platforms to develop new offerings and technologies in compliance with homegrown and international standards. Aside from China Mobile, other test bases selected by OMA IOP belong to Japan-based Vodafone, Sweden-based Teliasonera, and Canada-based II.
